Our garments are made inside of our small studio or in close collaboration with well-vetted, expert sewists.
The majority of our items are constructed using pre-existing materials that are thoughtfully sourced secondhand and often considered imperfect, showing slight variation or signs of wear, which we lean into making each piece its own.
The design of our pieces determines their sizing, which we note in the item description. If you have questions about sizing or a special request, please contact us before purchase, and we will see if we are able to accommodate your needs.

Pre- and made-to-order items are paid in full at time of purchase and are non-refundable. We ask that any modifications or sizing adjustment inquiries be made before purchase. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
We do not accept custom requests on capped or sold-out items at this time.
We ship worldwide. Customers placing international order are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, and taxes. Delivery times on made-to-order items are given as estimates and noted in the item description. Please understand that these are estimated delivery windows. Our operation is intentionally small, and our process is slow to ensure the highest-quality construction. You will be notified once your order has shipped or if there are delays.
IrèNE.STUDIO is not liable for items once in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please direct any and all inquiries or concerns regarding delivery to the appropriate shipping carrier. All parcels over $99 are insured.
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please consider our product information and terms carefully. We are happy to assist with any questions you have before purchase.
Most of our pieces are handsewn using reclaimed materials and fabrics and should be worn and handled with care. Refer to the care instructions provided with your garment. We recommend dry cleaning. If not possible, spot treat or gently handwash using cold water. Air dry flat.
